It is located right on the canal and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation under the Florida sun!
Here you will find everything you need for the perfect relaxation.

The Living area

The house has a bright and open and fully air-conditioned living area.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa set, on which all guests can be seated. A large flat screen TV with smart-TV-functions and a lot of books mean that cooler evenings in the house do not get boring.
A separate sitting area and a desk complete this part of the villa.

The Kitchen
- Enjoyment and comfort -

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers you every imaginable comfort.
Dishwasher, microwave, refri-gerator with ice cube maker, toaster or coffee machine - everything is available.

The breakfast bar and a dining area for up to six people offer you enough space for your meals.

The  Bedrooms
- Space for the whole family -

The master bedroom and the two other guest bedrooms offer enough space for six people.

The beds are wonderfully comfortable and all rooms are equipped with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchairs and smart-TV.

So the whole family can relax in the best possible way.
