... is located in a beautiful and calm neighborhood in the southwest of Cape Coral.
You can reach many leisure activities in a few minutes by car - for example the Sun Splash Family water park in less than 10 minutes, Cape Harbour in 15 minutes, Sanibel and Captiva Island with beautiful sandy beaches in approx. 45 minutes and Fort Myers Beach in approx. 40 minutes.
Restaurants and supermarkets are in close proximity to our house.

The closest airport is Fort Myers Internat. Airport. From there you can get to our villa in less than 40 minutes by rental car via Interstate 75.
From Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Tampa Airport, you can drive to our house in around 2-2.5 hours.
